Element chart

9 elements

Every Aniimo carries an element, and the element decides how hard a hit lands. A strong hit does 1.6 times the damage. A weak hit does 0.625 times. Everything else does 1.

Element damage multipliers. Each row is the attacking element, each column the defending element.

Read a row from left to right: that element attacking each other element. Green is a strong hit. Red is a weak hit.

How the numbers work

Each attack carries an element. The game looks up the attacking element against the defending one and multiplies the damage by the number in the chart above.

A strong hit is ×1.6, so it does a little over half again as much damage. A weak hit is ×0.625, so it does a little under two thirds. Many fan charts round these to 2 and 0.5. Those numbers are easier to remember, but they are not what the game applies. The values here come straight from the game data.

An Aniimo can carry more than one element. In that case each of its attacks uses the element of the skill, not of the Aniimo, so check the skill page as well.
